These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

Subscription and Payments

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription plan you select and any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period (weekly, monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
We may change our subscription fees from time to time, but we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes. If you do not wish to accept the new prices, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
All payments are processed in Euros (€).
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.
As our Service provides immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not provided except in cases where the Service is unavailable for extended periods due to our fault or as required by applicable Portuguese consumer protection laws.

All content available through our Service, including but not limited to films, shows, images, graphics, logos, and text, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This content is either owned by us or licensed to us by the content owners.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
